Ingredients:
Rutabaga cut into spears
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Cayenne, dried thyme, etc.

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 F.

2. Toss rutabaga spears in in fat olive oil to coat.

3. Season well with salt & pepper and choice of seasonings.

4. Roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
